Who Can Rent a Car?
In our rental service, a vehicle can be rented by an individual who is at least 20 years old and has held a valid driver's license for at least one year.
Is a Security Deposit Required?
We offer vehicles of various standards, and therefore require a refundable security deposit when renting. The amount of the deposit depends on the specific car model. We accept deposits in cash or by blocking funds on a payment card. If you choose to pay for the rental online with a debit or credit card, no deposit is required. The full deposit amount will be refunded immediately after the undamaged vehicle is returned.
What Documents Are Needed to Sign the Rental Agreement?
To complete the rental process, we’ll sign an agreement with you. For this, we’ll need your ID card, driver’s license, and address of residence.
Can the Car Be Delivered to a Specific Address?
Yes, we offer vehicle delivery to the address specified by the renter. This service is available for an additional fee as per our price list.
Can I Rent or Return the Car Outside of Business Hours?
Yes, it is possible to rent or return the car outside of our regular business hours, including Sundays. An additional fee of 50 PLN applies.
What Documents Are Required to Rent a Car?
We only need your ID card, driver’s license, and payment card if you choose the “no deposit” rental option.
Who Can Drive the Rented Car?
In addition to the person who signs the rental agreement, other drivers may also operate the vehicle. However, they must be registered with us so that we can include them in the agreement.
How Should I Refuel the Rented Car?
At the start of the rental, we record the fuel level, and we expect the vehicle to be returned with the same amount of fuel, regardless of how much was used. Fuel costs are covered by the renter.
Is There a Mileage Limit?
Yes, our vehicles have mileage limits depending on the rental period. These are always specified in the rental agreement:
1–3 days – 200 km/day
4–7 days – 150 km/day
8–14 days – 150 km/day
15–29 days – 100 km/day
1 month – 3000 km/month
Can I Travel Abroad with the Rental Car?
Yes, you can travel with the rented car within the European Union. However, you must inform us in advance and obtain permission.
Can I Extend the Rental Period?
Yes, you can extend the rental period. Just let us know, and we’ll update and send a new agreement. The additional fee can be paid by bank transfer or online payment.
Are the Rental Cars Insured?
All our rental vehicles are fully insured. In case of damage caused by the renter or an unknown party, the renter is responsible for the deductible. You can purchase an additional option to waive this deductible.
What Should I Do in Case of Damage?
Wrong Fuel:
If you accidentally refuel with the wrong fuel – do not start the engine. Secure the car and contact us. We’ll provide a replacement vehicle and handle the issue.
Total Loss Accident:
If you’re involved in a serious accident, first ensure your own safety, that of others, and the vehicle. Call the police and emergency services if necessary. Then contact us and follow our instructions.
Minor Accident:
Secure the vehicle and surroundings, assist anyone injured, call the police if needed, and notify us immediately.
Flat Tire:
If you notice a flat tire, secure the area and contact us. We’ll dispatch a mobile tire service or provide a replacement vehicle.
Broken Windshield:
If the windshield is chipped or cracked, contact us. If the damage does not compromise safe driving, we’ll repair it after the vehicle is returned. If the glass is shattered, we’ll provide a replacement car.
Is the Deductible Mandatory in Case of Damage?
If the damage is caused by the renter or the culprit is unknown, the renter must pay the deductible – a one-time fee. If another road user is at fault, repairs are covered entirely by their insurance. The deductible can be waived by purchasing the appropriate option in advance.
